Notice to Vendors:

The Richland County Recreation Commission Procurement Department is pleased to provide a Vendor packet; the information provided to this office will be utilized to develop a list of vendors from whom to solicit formal and informal solicitations for the acquisitions of goods, equipment, supplies, construction and services.

To participate, all organizations, businesses, or individuals that submit a proposal or bid must accompany their information with a Standard Bid Application and a Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification Form (IRS W-9). These documents can be found below.
