Open to adults only, ages 21+, the new Hopkins Park Adult Activity Center, offers an affordable environment for socializing, fitness, wellness education, and fun leisure experiences. Hopkins Park Adult Activity Center is also the home of the Lower Richland Sweet Potato Festival, held in April. Maximum capacity is 75 people. Please contact Connie Reaves at (803) 741-7272 ext. 104, at least two weeks in advance for more rental information or to book a rental.

Halloween Events
We have several family-oriented Halloween events going on at the end of October. Each of our recreation centers will be hosting a Halloween event so find the park closest to you and enjoy a fun family-friendly environment on the year’s most “spookiest” day!
Denim and Pearls with a Splash of Pink
Come out and celebrate our first Denim and Pearls with a Splash of Pink on Friday, October 25 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm at the Adult Activity Center.
Veteran’s Brunch and Health Fair
Join us as we show our appreciation to all veterans in the community on Thursday, November 7 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm at the Garners Ferry Adult Activity Center.
