Severe Weather Facility Closures
Due to inclement weather, all RCRC facilities will close at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2024, and will resume normal operating hours on Saturday, January 13, 2024, as we value the safety of our staff and patrons across the county.
Due to the threat of inclement weather, RCRC Afterschool programs serving Richland County School District 1 will close at 2:00 pm at

• Hopkins Park
RCRC has cancelled Afterschool Programs at the following sites serving schools in Richland County School District 2:
• Polo Road Park
• North Springs Park
• Blythewood Park
