2025 Richland County Recreation Champion Quest Summer Camps

The Richland County Recreation Commission (RCRC) proudly offers three exciting summer camp programs:

Summer Day Camp (Ages 5-12)
Summer Explore Camp (Ages 5-12)
Summer Teen Camp (Ages 13-16)

Each program provides engaging recreational activities, character development, and a safe, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun.

Registration & Fees

To secure your child’s spot, weekly payments must be made by the Friday before the upcoming camp week.

Important Registration Policies:

No refunds or credits for absences, early pickups, weather closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In-person registration is required at the location where your child will attend camp.

Required Documents for Registration:

✔️ $35 Application Fee (non-refundable, per child)
✔️ Proof of Age/Grade (report card or birth certificate)
✔️ Completed Registration Form
✔️ Signed Parent Handbook Acknowledgment

💳 Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards accepted. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Richland County Recreation Commission.

🚨 Holiday Closure:
All RCRC summer camps will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025. Camp will resume on Monday, July 7, 2025.

🌟 Summer Day Camp (Ages 5-12)

📅 Dates: June 9 – August 1, 2025
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💲 Fees:

$35 Application Fee (one-time, per child)
$125 per week (includes all activities)
Sibling Discount:

1st child: $125/week
2nd child: $120/week
3rd child: $120/week

🔹 Deposit Required: $160 minimum due at registration

🚨 Late Pickup Policy:

$1 per minute, per child after 6:00 PM
After 3 late pickups, the child will be removed from the program.

📅 Dates: June 9 – August 1, 2025
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💲 Fees:

$35 Application Fee (non-refundable, per child)
Morning Session (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM): FREE
Afternoon Session (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM): $90/week
Sibling Discount:

1st child: $90/week
2nd child: $85/week
3rd child: $85/week

🔹 Deposit Required: $125 minimum due at registration

🚨 Late Pickup Policy:

If a child is not picked up by 1:00 PM, they will be automatically enrolled in the afternoon session, and parents must pay the $90 weekly fee.

🎯 Summer Teen Camp (Ages 13-16)

📅 Dates: June 9 – August 1, 2025
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday

Camp Activities: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Free Play: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

💲 Fees:

$35 Application Fee (non-refundable, per child)
$70 per week
Minimum of $105 due at registration

🚨 Late Pickup Policy:

Campers must be picked up by 6:00 PM.
After 3 late pickups, the camper will be removed from the program.
