Green Spaces and Trails ARE OPEN!
According to the CDC, “Parks, trails, and open spaces can provide opportunities for physical activity while also providing opportunities for respite, health, and wellness. Individuals are encouraged to use parks, trails, and open spaces safely as they are able while following current guidance to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
The RCRC trails and open spaces at Richland County Recreation facilities are now open to our patrons.
A couple of things to know:
Parking is limited at our sites. Parking has been limited in order to discourage groups from gathering at our facilities.
Trails and open spaces may be used. Our trails and open spaced may be used by the public, but social distancing must be practiced. Signs have been placed on our sites to encourage social responsibility. Our playgrounds and shelters are still closed to the public.
Linrick Golf Course is still open for business. The players are only allowed one person per golf cart. All other players, must walk and practice social distancing.
