“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
– Winston Churchill
Richland County Recreation Commission receives operational funding from Richland County property tax revenue. However, additional funding is needed from private and corporate supporters to provide programs and services to our patrons and communities in a clean, safe and well maintained environment.
Parks are such constants in our lives that we tend to overlook them. Our communities just wouldn’t be the same if children didn’t have a place to play or run around or if adults didn’t have a place to exercise and socialize. Parks are crucial parts of our neighborhoods and communities. By donating to the Richland County Recreation Foundation you can help to ensure that everyone is provided with a safe forum to enjoy nature and each other.

Please consider supporting RCRC through its Foundation. A contribution to the Richland County Recreation Commission is unlike other charitable contributions, you will almost immediately see the results. For more information, please contact Lisa W. Lewis, Executive Director at (803) 865-0138.
100% of all donations go directly to RCRC programs, services and infrastructure needs.
