SCOPE OF WORK/GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

LinRick Golf Course Pro Shop Renovations: 356 Camp Ground Road, Columbia, SC 29203

The renovation shall consist of replacing the ceiling grid and tile, painting the pro shop and restrooms, replace cabinetry and countertops, replace lights and ceiling fans, and replace storefront doors.

Demolition underway in the pro shop, cart shed, landscape island, and parking lot.

Pro Shop ceiling and light replacement, ceiling fan and TV replacement, painting, carpet replacement, cabinet replacement, storefront door replacement, exterior panel replacement of window panels, and countertop replacement. Cart shed awning and soffit replacement. Parking lot lighting replacement, irrigation installation in island, preparation for sod installation in island, and milling of parking lot. Golf Bag station replacement of structure.

Newly installed parking lot, bumper blocks, sod, irrigation, and lighting that was part of the Linrick renovation project.
