SCOPE OF WORK/GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Crane Creek Maintenance Shop: 7405-B Fairfield Road, Columbia, SC 29203

In the process of building maintenance offices at Crane Creek Maintenance Shop. Offices at Crane Creek will consist of a 10’x20’ office space, conditioned air space, and led lighting. A secured storage area will be in one building and a restroom will be installed in the other building, These offices were built as a result of the removal of the rented office trailer.
