A significant chance of severe weather exists for this afternoon and is forecast to begin during the afternoon commute. Out of an abundance of caution all Richland County Recreation Commission facilities and offices (with the exception of Eastover Park) will close at 4:00 pm today to safeguard our staff and patrons.
