Friarsgate Park
Friarsgate Park is home to the 2012 State Champions, Irmo Little League and covers almost 20 acres in the Friarsgate community. The center has a gym, kitchen, two racquetball courts, baseball, football and soccer fields; a playground and picnic shelter.

KendoDiscover the world of Kendo. In Japanese, Kendo means “way of the sword” and the sport is based on traditional swordsmanship used by ancient Samurai. Kendo is a physically and mentally challenging activity that combines martial arts practices and values with sport-like strenuous physical activity. Only wooden swords are used.
